I've had this idea for quite some time now and finally got around to doing it... I wish I could have executed it a bit better, but I tried my best... oh well.

I made a few minor tweaks to the image. Also, something really strange happened. I heard from a friend I hadn't talked to in over a year and he sent me a song from a band he's been playing with called... you guessed it, 'Life Imitating Art'.

I had to tweak the diminsions and all just a bit to prepare this for print submission, so heres an updated version...

I'm not sure how I thought it up... My twisted mind just thinks about stuff like this I guess, lol. But I rarely take the initiative to actually put the ideas to use :-)

Thanks! I wasn't sure about the blood... I screwed around with it for quite some time. Glad you think it looks okay though! Rock on :headbang:

btw, the blood is real, I had to kill a puppy to get those blood splatter images! JUST KIDDING! :-)

man that's a great image! good use of stock photos, it's always interesting to see what can become by mixing a few photos plus some good brushwork in PS/PSP/etc

Thanks dude! Yeah, I don't have the photography tallent to get these images myself, so I have to quantize my ideas to what is possible with the stock I can find. :-) Sometimes it actually turns out better that way though (lots of new ideas from browsing a stock galling)

Woah. :O_o: What an awesome idea! It's really scary but so interesting to look at. And that blood is frighteningly realistic. I love how you made the blood on the wall have the texture of an actual wall. That's such a great touch. Ack! This is just such a creative idea! And I'm so glad to see you submitting again. :hug:
